Stanton M. Lacks, Attorney

Stanton Lacks is the founding partner of Lacks & Associates concentrating in Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy.  He is nationally recognized for his expertise in juvenile law, having recently appeared twice on Fox National News as a consultant.  In addition, he has authored several texts on Criminal Law in conjunction with Continuing Legal Education Courses.

Mr. Lacks is an honors graduate of Haverford College and New York University Law School.  Mr. Lacks has been a trial lawyer for thirty years, as a Deputy D.A. in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and currently in private practice with offices in Bensalem and Philadelphia.  He has served on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is a past chair of its Criminal Justice Section.  He was also an Articles Editor for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and an Instructor at the Penn State Paralegal Institute.
