Questions & Answers

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

You should look for an attorney with experience with your type of problem. An attorney who returns calls and emails within a day is very valuable as well.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

I need your name, phone number and email address, the name of the company or person who caused damage to you (such as firing you), the reason that your employer gave for firing you, the real reason why you believe that you were fired (such as discrimination or retaliation), and whether you have found a new job yet or are actively seeking employment.

Are you involved in your community?

I am deeply involved in community service. I am the Treasurer and Den Leader for Cub Scout Pack 102 and have coached my children's soccer, baseball and basketball teams. I served as a member of the Board of Directors of Marotta Montessori Schools of Cleveland. I have also volunteered my time at my children's schools, such as working at the school store and reading to their classes. To help give back to the legal community, I serve as a mentor to new lawyers and volunteer as a mediator. Additionally, I have served as a committee member of local bar associations.
