Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I took on a couple of trust disputes where the other beneficiaries had attempted to obtain all the assets for themselves. I managed to get this reversed and of course it made a big difference to my clients.
How did you build a successful practice?
I have a good track record for almost 30 years of working hard, thinking outside the box, and taking care of our clients. Of course that is how I get referrals.

Clients should look for good understanding of the facts and economics of the case.

Typically I screen the client on the telephone (free consultation) to make sure I can help him or her.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
I need the client to present the basic outline of the problem and good summary of the underlying facts.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I play the piano, am interested in classical music, mycology, and mushroom picking. My wife is Chinese and we help new immigrants in their teething problems here in the USA.
