About Stephen
Stephen R. Bick is an experienced civil litigator whose practice for the past 31 years has covered a broad range of practice areas including personal injury, creditor-debtor and estate planning.
His personal injury work has included mediating settlements and taking cases to verdict at jury trials on behalf of seriously injured clients.
In the creditor-debtor area, Steve represents lenders in loan structuring, work out plans, enforcement proceedings, and in bankruptcy matters. For debtors he has an active bankruptcy practice assisting families who are in need of debt relief or debt restructuring and files bankruptcy cases in Wisconsin and Minnesota bankruptcy courts.
A significant amount of Steve's time is devoted to the estate planning area, especially for complex estate planning cases. He counsels clients on the proper use of trusts, Wills and other planning devices and regularly handles cases in probate court.
Steve graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1977 and previously graduated from Beloit College, Beloit, Wisconsin with a degree in economics. He has spent his entire legal career living and working in Superior, Wisconsin where he has been active in many civic and non-profit groups.
