Steve Briley, a partner in Banner, Briley & White, focuses his practice in the areas of probate litigation, personal injury law and civil trial law. Mr. Briley is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1978), U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas (1978), U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas (1981) and the Oklahoma State Bar (2009).
Mr. Briley received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 1975, his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from University of Texas in 1978, and his Master of Arts Degree from Midwestern State University in 1996. He is a member of the Wichita County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar Foundation (life member), Oklahoma Bar Association and the 5th Federal Circuit.
Mr. Briley is an ABOTA Associate and is listed in Who's Who in American Law and as a Texas Monthly Superlawyer. He was named the outstanding pro bono attorney by Legal Aid of Northwest Texas in 2005 and 2007.
