How did you build a successful practice?Perseverance, integrity and the very best customer service - "always" returning phone calls and or email within 24 hours or less.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Response time, expertise in the given field, years in business, former client satisfaction, fees
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Quite Important.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?I can provide very basic information and answer very generally. Don't like getting into details over the phone. Believe to be unfair to both parties for a host of reasons, some of which are obvious. Prefer to meet in person. But many a time in brief phone conversation can at least determine whether a case exists and then move on to phase B. That said, I do offer one hour free consultation to all clients.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?Prompt, I take customer service and response time very seriously (very unique in the legal field), and my fees will likely beat most others out there
What are your other interests in addition to law?Reading, writing, chess, poker, baseball
