About Stephen

Since 1998, Stephen has represented some of the world’s largest corporations and the smallest "Mom & Pop" businesses as an attorney in Arizona and California. He has vast experience with various faucets of business structures, transactions, intellectual property, employment law, and the array of challenges faced by new start-ups, small businesses, franchises and the acquisition of exiting businesses.
