Steven is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and a member of the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits. He has been admitted pro hac vice to a multitude of U.S. District Courts across the nation.
