About Steven
Attorney fees are contingent on obtaining a positive recovery.
Workers Compensation Attorneys’ fee are set by statute and or basically an amount equal to 25% of the cash benefits you obtain for the client. See ACA 11-9-715. (Attorney fees are not claimed on benefits the client, is already receiving when they hire the attorney)
Social Security Disability fees are set by law and are basically 25% of the back pay won for the client, with a maximum of $6,000.00.
Under both areas, if there is not recovery then there is no fee.
