About Steven

Steven K. Teuber has extensive experience in business, construction, and manufacturing having spent over 25 years in the private sector serving at the executive level for Fortune 500 companies like Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Pall Aeropower Corporation, and Furon.

Steven obtained his Bachelor of Engineering from General Motors Institute, his MBA (highest honors) in Operations Research from Baldwin-Wallace College, and his Juris Doctor (with honors) from the Detroit College of Law. He is a certified APBM Business Manager and is licensed to practice in both state (Florida) and federal courts (US Middle Dist.). Steven is also a licensed mediator, certified by the Florida Supreme Court as an Appellate, Family, and Circuit Civil Court Mediator as well as a Certified Federal Civil Mediator (Middle Dist. FL).

Steven focuses on litigation matters that deal with bankruptcy, construction law, intellectual property, contract issues, family law, probate, business and corporation issues, and real estate.

Although a seasoned attorney, Steven thinks like an engineer and approaches each issue in a logical and pragmatic way, often finding solutions that avoid costly litigation. However, if litigation is necessary, he is aggressive and highly focused on achieving the best results for his clients.

Steven is currently serving and has served on many community and civic boards and associations including: Christian Life Fellowship Church as a Trustee/Board Member and Usher, Lee County School Board, District 4 as a Constitutional Officer, Learning for Life Character Program as Chairman, Lee County Workforce Development on the Horizon Council, as a Board Member with Boys Scouts of America — SWFLA, Lee County Value Adjustment Board, Florida High School Athletic Association, and Florida School Boards Association.

Steven has two daughters, Stephanie and Abby, and enjoys boating, tennis, and other outdoor activities.
