STEVEN A. WEISBERGER, born Teaneck, New Jersey, March 27, 1954; admitted to bar, 1979, New Jersey. Education: Hofstra University (B.B.A., 1976); Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University (J.D., 1979); New York University (LL.M. in Taxation, 1985). Member: New Jersey State and American Bar Associations (Taxation, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections).
Mr. Weisberger worked with Coopers & Lybrand as an associate (1980-1984), where his practice included gift, estate, and corporate and tax planning. From 1985-1987 he was with the estate and tax law firm of Jerome A. Deener, Hackensack, New Jersey, as a tax Associate, and from 1987-1989 he worked for Sills, Cummis, Zuckerman, Radin, Tischman, Epstein & Gross, Newark, New Jersey, as a tax associate.
Mr. Weisberger joined Williams, Caliri, Miller & Otley, P.C. in 1989 as an Associate and became a Shareholder of the firm in 1993. His practice areas are tax and estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Weisberger is a frequent lecturer on various business, tax, and estate planning matters.
