Aubrey Brown is a member of the firm’s litigation section, and was named a shareholder in 2018. His practice crosses multiple areas of law, consisting principally of: Family Law and Domestic Relations, including, divorces, spousal support and alimony, equitable distribution and division of property, pre-marital and pre-nuptial agreements, property settlement agreements, protective orders, and child custody, visitation, and child support matters. Residential Real Estate, including, purchases, sales, refinances, transfers, and real estate disputes. Personal Injury, including, automobile accidents, premises liability (“slip and fall”) and dog bites. Trust, Will and Estate Litigation. Aubrey is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Prior to joining Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., Aubrey was a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

George Naylor has been litigating personal injury cases exclusively since 2004. Having tried over 55 Circuit Court jury trials and hundreds of trials in General District Court, George’s extensive trial experience serves as a great advantage to his clients when assessing the settlement value of their claims or when going to trial if the insurance company does not make a reasonable offer. Prior to joining Blank & Marcus, George spent many years representing Defendants on behalf of insurance companies. From that experience, George knows how the insurance companies will evaluate his clients’ claims and how best to maximize the value of those claims in the eyes of the insurance adjusters. George’s prior experience analyzing and litigating insurance coverage issues also ensures that every possible dollar of insurance coverage is available to compensate his clients. George works hard on behalf of his clients and is not afraid to take on the insurance companies at trial to make sure his clients receive what they may deserve to compensate them for their injuries.

Kelly Martin is a founding partner of Latham & Martin Accident and Injury Attorneys, where he dedicates his practice to personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, product liability, and premises liability in Richmond and surrounding communities, including Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights. When he’s not at a JMU football game, Mr. Martin enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and children. Mr. Martin graduated cum laude from the George Mason University Law School in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to forming Latham & Martin Accident and Injury Attorneys, Mr. Martin spent the majority of his career at a mid-size Richmond personal injury law firm, where he exclusively represented accident victims in Richmond, Petersburg, and surrounding communities.

Wiley J. Latham IV is a founding partner of Latham & Martin Accident and Injury Attorneys, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, product liability, and premises liability in Richmond and surrounding communities, including Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights. Mr. Latham is a proud Richmond native. He currently lives in Henrico County with his wife and two children. When not in the office, Mr. Latham’s favorite pastimes include having fun with his family and watching sports. Mr. Latham graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in Political Science. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor law degree from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Latham served as Social Action Chair for the Black Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Mr. Latham taught high school students in the Henrico County School System and Goochland County School System. Eric Speer is an attorney at Latham & Martin Accident and Injury Attorneys, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, product liability, and premises liability in Richmond and surrounding communities, including Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights. Eric was born in Alaska and grew up in Montana. He currently lives in Chesterfield County with his wife and son. When not in the office, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. Mr. Speer graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Sociology. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor law degree from William & Mary Law School. While in law school, Mr. Speer was a Graduate Research Fellow, worked for the William & Mary Innocence Project Clinic, and was a member of the Bill of Rights Journal. Prior to joining Latham & Martin Accident and Injury Attorneys, Mr. Speer practiced at several mid-sized Richmond personal injury law firms, where he exclusively represented accident victims in Richmond, Petersburg, and surrounding communities.
