About Tara

Tara L. Umbrino, Esq. is the founding attorney of Valor Injury Law and an experienced civil litigator who represents people and families affected by serious injuries. She has extensive experience handling jury and bench trials and previously led personal injury matters at some of the country's largest law firms. Tara advocates for clients in cases involving Personal Injury, Car Accidents, Medical Malpractice, and Wrongful Death.

Tara founded Valor Injury Law to provide injured clients with personalized, compassionate, and determined representation during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. She has a particular interest in cases affecting women and children, including daycare injuries, food allergy incidents, sexual misconduct, salon injuries, and medical spa injuries. In addition to her legal practice, Tara serves as a Guardian ad Litem in personal injury matters, regularly presents continuing legal education programs, and serves as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University Law School and J.
