About Stuart

Mr. de Haan graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2008, where he was awarded a Law School Merit Scholarship. There, he joined the Criminal Law Society and was elected President of the organization for two years. During law school he was licensed by both the States of Arizona and Washington to practice law.

In 2006, during Mr. de Haan's course of legal studies, he worked as a Rule 38d Legal Intern for the City of Tucson's Public Defender's office. For the remainder of law school he worked as a Rule 9 Legal Intern for Gonzaga’s Public Interest Law Clinic practicing civil litigation in Spokane, Washington.

Prior to his relocation to Arizona, Mr. de Haan grew up in the Netherlands where he attended international schools. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Arizona where he studied Political Science with an emphasis on political theory, law, and revolution.

Mr. de Haan practices primarily in Tucson City Court, Pima County Justice Court, and Pima County Superior Court. He also handles cases in Cochise County and Green Valley Justice Courts. Mr. de Haan's practice consists of both privately retained and court appointed clients who cannot otherwise afford attorneys.
