Scott is an associate attorney with the firm. He is from Tampa, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, and an LL.M. in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami. He has been practicing law for 13 years, and has experience in criminal, family, and real estate law. His inspiration towards becoming a lawyer stemmed from his passion for helping people and the ability to continuously learn new things. Scott’s proudest legal experience is when his motion to suppress and appellate practice permanently changed the way drug trafficking charges are investigated and prosecuted.

Michael Delgado is an associate attorney with the firm. He is from Miami, FL, and attended the University of Miami where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Business Management, earning magna cum laude distinction. Michael obtained his Juris Doctorate from the St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating in the top 20% of his graduating class. He has been practicing law for over 15 years, and has experience in real estate transactions, civil litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, residential and commercial real estate closings, and real property litigation. Michael is licensed to practice in Florida. Michael is known to be extremely organized and disciplined and enjoys working directly with clients. He is bilingual and is a second-generation Cuban immigrant. Michael enjoys spending time with his family, and volunteering with local charities and organizations that assist those who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
