Susan J. Latham received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. While attending the Florida State University College of Law, Ms. Latham was the Executive Editor of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law , and completed a summer law program at Oxford University.

Ms. Latham has always had a passion for Intellectual Property law and after graduating from Florida State University College of Law. She attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she earned a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property law receiving the award for Distinguished Performance and the Charles Ballon Writing award. Ms. Latham focuses her practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, and entertainment.
