About Susan
I am an experienced Fort Worth bankruptcy attorney who has practiced in the field for approximately six years. I handle consumer and business bankruptcies, with filings under Chapter 7 and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. I am dedicated to keeping abreast of our nation's rapidly changing bankruptcy laws and providing knowledgeable service to my clients.
Other areas of my practice include estate planning for families. I handle wills, trusts, guardianships, living wills, powers of attorney for health care and finances, and probate matters.
I am a member of the bar in the following jurisdictions: Texas, California, Maryland and District of Columbia. I am admitted to appear before the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of Texas and the Southern District of California.
I attended law school in San Francisco, California at Golden Gate University. I had a private practice in San Diego before relocating back to my hometown, Fort Worth. I was raised in Tarrant County and received undergraduate degrees at the University of Texas Arlington and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
