About T.
T. Kevin FitzPatrick has experience in casualty litigation with an emphasis in medical malpractice and professional liability, along with product liability and premises liability. A good portion of his current practice is directed to hospital liability issues in a number of areas.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Scranton in 1981. He then went on to law school at Loyola University, New Orleans, Louisiana, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, he was selected to serve on the Moot Court Board and directed the school's moot court program.
Immediately following law school, Kevin joined the Philadelphia law firm of Liebert, Short, FitzPatrick & Lavin and began practicing defense litigation. The majority of attorneys from Liebert, including Kevin, decided to join Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, and the transition occurred in the fall of 1993. Kevin moved to the firm's Norristown, Pennsylvania, office (Montgomery County) in January 1994 and remained there until February 2005, at which time several offices were consolidated. Specifically, the firm's Norristown office was consolidated with the Newtown Square and Plymouth Meeting offices to form one major office in Montgomery County with attorneys practicing in many different specialties to service numerous clients in the region.
Kevin is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He is a solicitor for the Central Montgomery Mental Health/Mental Retardation Center.
