Since 1996, Ragon Richey has practiced business law and civil litigation. His practice focuses upon construction law and creditors' rights. Mr. Richey represents varying segments of the construction industry, including suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors and owners/developers. He is Texas counsel for numerous national equipment and material suppliers and vendors.
Mr. Richey's assists his clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, perfecting mechanic's/materialman's liens, perfecting payment bond claims, and litigating construction related disputes. He also represents creditors in bankruptcy matters and handles commercial landlord/tenant matters.
Mr. Richey is a member of the Construction Law Sections of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry. He is actively involved in the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), where he frequently gives seminars on Texas lien and bond claim laws.
