About Tara
Ms. Gibbons is an associate in the Business Department. She is a member of the Real Estate and Institutional Finance Practice Group and the Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Ms. Gibbons' practice focuses on the representation of clients in transactions involving real estate acquisitions, real estate finance, secured and unsecured lending, and asset-based financing. Her practice also focuses on debtor and creditor representation, and bankruptcy appellate work.
Ms. Gibbons received her B.A. in 2004 from Brown University. While at Brown, she served as Captain of the women's squash team. Ms. Gibbons received her J.D. in 2008 from Villanova University School of Law. At Villanova, she served as Production Editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and was a member of the Villanova University School of Law Honor Board.
