Tara Keller is an experienced litigation attorney. A graduate of The University of Montana School of Law, Ms. Keller represents individual and class cases in federal and state courts under the Fair Credit and Reporting Act. Ms. Keller has experience as both a plaintiff’s attorney and defense attorney in torts, motor vehicle accidents, real estate claims and settlements, bankruptcy, workers’ compensation claims, and ADA violations. In addition to her experience in pursuing and defending claims in state in federal courts, attorney Keller is passionate about consumer protection issues and holding credit reporting bureaus and debt collectors accountable for their violations.
During law school, Ms. Keller and her team member, Stephen Adamson, won the Northwestern Regional Negotiations competition. She was a member of the Environmental Moot Court Team and received an award for Outstanding Advocacy at the national competition.
Ms. Keller was also awarded The Order of Barristers honor by her law school.
