About Tara
Tara Lundstrom is a 2006 graduate of the University of California Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Lundstrom joined Van Der Hout, Brigagliano & Nightingale, LLP in September of 2008. She had previously worked at the firm as a law clerk from May 2005 until August 2006. Prior to returning to Van Der Hout, Brigagliano & Nightingale, LLP as an associate attorney, she clerked for two years at the San Francisco Immigration Court.
During law school, Ms. Lundstrom assisted in litigating a case before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights as a student intern in Boalt Hall’s International Human Rights Law Clinic. She also represented asylum seekers through the California Asylum Representation Clinic and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law.
