Attorney Tatyana Agarunov concentrates her practice on a wide range of real estate matters, business and corporate transactions, and family law.  She helps clients acquire, sell, and lease all types of property; prepares and counsels health care providers and businesses on management agreements, partnerships, joint ventures and all other forms of contracts.  

Mrs. Agarunov represents individual and corporate clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Her focus is primarily on negotiating and drafting leases, sale and purchase agreements for cooperatives, condominiums, townhomes, single-family and multi-family properties, and representation at closings.  She also advises a diverse set of clientele and litigates in real estate related disputes such as breach of contract, construction disputes, real estate contract enforcement and down payment disputes.

Tatyana counsels and represents businesses, corporations and health care providers on a variety of transactions including business and joint venture formations, employment agreements, practice management and licensing matters.  

Experienced in a variety of disputes relating to family law, Tatyana handles cases such as divorce, child support payments, child custody and visitation rights, and spousal support/alimony.

Mrs. Agarunov is an aggressive advocate for her clients.  Firmly committed to negotiation or mediation as the first course of action when dispute arise, however, she will not hesitate to litigate if it is in the best interest of her client.  She carefully evaluates all litigation options and helps clients select the most cost efficient and cost effective strategy.  Tatyana is an experienced civil and commercial litigation trial attorney, practicing in State and Federal courts in New York and New Jersey.  She litigates real estate, contractor & construction disputes, contractual business disputes and breach of contract cases, business torts, and family law cases.
