Starr Law Offices was established in Pinellas County, Florida in 1991 by attorney Ted Starr. We celebrated 29 years of private practice on June 17, 2020. At Starr Law Offices, we keep our focus on a positive outcome for our clients, and work hard to understand your needs, address your worries, and answer your questions.

Attorney Ted Starr attended college at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He also studied at the University of Leeds in England and attended law school at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. He has been a member of the Florida Bar in good standing since November 1988. He is also a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Clearwater Bar Association. Mr. Starr has been in practice for almost 30 years; has trial experience in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties; and has also represented individuals in Federal Bankruptcy Court. He is currently a Board Member of the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg and has been a Pro Bono Lapel Pin Recipient for the last 4 years.
