Peter personally handles many of the firm’s cases and treats every client’s problem as if it was his own. He understands the responsibility and trust that comes with representing a person through what is often the most difficult time in his or her life and considers himself a true “Counselor-at-law” whose purpose is to provide his clients with guidance and an understanding of the law. Peter enjoys volunteering in his local community and has served as Town Moderator for the Town of Amherst, the chair of the Ways and Means Committee for the town of Amherst, served on the ethics committee of the New Hampshire Bar Association, served on the Board of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and served as the Vice-Chair of the Animal Law Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

When not in the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and children, practicing Muay Thai, and puttering around in her garden.

Attorney Rauseo's work is concentrated on civil litigation with a particular focus on Divorce; Car Accidents; Accident & Injury; Family Law; Collaborative Divorce; Personal Injury, motorcycle accident, slip and fall accidents and insurance defense. He is skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution both within the formal litigation process and pre-suit. He also provides legal counsel and advocacy for clients in the area of family law and insurance defense.

Attorney Kenny concentrates his practice on trust and estate administration, estate planning, and taxation law including advising clients in sophisticated estate planning matters, such as gift, estate, federal estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning for significant assets. Mr. Kenny is a member of the American, New Hampshire and Nashua Bar Associations and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Attorney Kenny also holds membership in the New Hampshire Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants.
