About Teresa
Teresa Schrenker has been a practicing civil attorney in Southern California since 1984, handling a myriad of legal matters for consumers, homeowners, contractors, business owners including matters involving, business and construction disputes, construction defects, real estate disputes, defamation, invasion of privacy, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death and estate planning.
Mrs. Schrenker has also volunteered her time as an arbitrator and judge pro tem for the Orange County Courts. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. She is also licensed as a Salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate and worked as a real estate salesperson with First Team Real Estate in Tustin, California from 1998-2000. Additionally, Mrs. Schrenker is involved in community service with her two daughters as a member of the National Charity League, North Tustin Chapter. She served for four years on the Board of Directors for the North Tustin Chapter, most recently serving as Board President from 2007-2008.
Mrs. Schrenker is married to local attorney and law partner, Henry, with two daughters, Erica and Caroline.
