Terrie L. Didier, Partner/Shareholder

Terrie L. Didier is a partner in the law firm of Beggs & Lane. Ms. Didier focuses her practice on state and federal appellate matters and insurance litigation representing homeowners in the wake of hurricanes, fires and other disasters.  She has represented more than fifty homeowners and homeowner associations with hurricane claims, securing millions of dollars in benefits for her clients.

Ms. Didier was born in Indiana , but raised all over the country in a military family.  She graduated from the University of West Florida , magna cum laude, in 1990, and the Florida State University College of Law, with honors, in 1993.  Ms. Didier served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter D. Webster of Florida 's First District Court of Appeal for nine years before joining Beggs & Lane in 2002.

Ms. Didier is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Ms. Didier is a member of the Appellate Practice Section of the Florida Bar.
