Tyler Baker graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2019, where here earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and speech communication with an emphasis in pre-law. While in college, Tyler worked for the United States Congress, was elected Student Body President, and served as a University Ambassador. He then attended Regent University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Tyler was appointed as a representative to the Council of Graduate Students and was an active member on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, where he honed his skills as a negotiator. Tyler also had the opportunity to work for the prestigious law firm of McIntyre, Stein, and Ashby in Norfolk, Virginia, where he focused on business and tort litigation before moving back to Texas. The husband and wife received spinal injuries from the impact of the collision. Prior to trial, the at fault driver's insurance company agreed to settle the case for $165,000 with a client recovery of $82,000. Represented an Austin man that was hit by a car that jumped the curb and struck him while he was riding his bicycle. After suit was filed, the insurance company agreed to pay $100,000 with a client recovery of $50,000 for the Austin man's spinal injuries.
