Collin D. Shellenberger was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He has spent his entire legal career with Germer, PLLC in its Beaumont office defending businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters.

Lucy “Brandy” Bramlett is a family law attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, serving clients from the firm’s Austin office. Brandy brings a diverse and well-rounded legal background to her practice, with experience spanning family law, law enforcement defense, environmental law, and oil and gas matters. Brandy earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Mississippi (1992) before pursuing her Juris Doctor at Texas A&M School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with several respected organizations, including Kimbrough Legal, Izzo & Associates, the Office of the Attorney General, Flahive, Ogden & Latson, and the Texas Senate. Brandy was drawn to the legal profession by a desire to help families navigate difficult and often emotional situations. She approaches each case with compassion, dedication, and a practical mindset.
