Tracy McNeill Pullan graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Following her experiences working and traveling abroad, she made a life-changing decision to continue her family's long-standing tradition of becoming a lawyer. Tracy attended the University of Houston Law Center, where she felt a strong calling to public service, much like her great grandfather Frank B.
