Gennaro Of Counsel to the San Antonio office with nearly two decades of experience as an attorney and investigator. Gennaro earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and received a full academic scholarship from Ave Maria Law School in Ann Arbor Michigan, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He is a member of the Florida and Texas state bars and has practiced at both the state and federal level. In many of his cases, he has had the honor of fighting for the labor rights of immigrants on an individual and collective basis. Mr. Kinard was born and raised in Southeast Texas. After graduating from Lamar University, he attended Baylor University School of Law where he founded and served as president of the Baylor Public Interest Legal Society, an organization dedicated to public service in the legal profession. Prior to co-founding KGS Law, Mr. Kinard worked as a litigation attorney in Houston representing plaintiffs in personal injury and first party insurance cases. Mr. Kinard has handled hundreds of cases on behalf of injured victims against insurance companies and has extensive trial and appellate experience.

Dan Christensen has been practicing law since 1994. He started his career working in military courts, notorious for their strict adherence to rules and procedures. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Dan joined a Texas personal injury law firm. Dan worked as the Chief of its Litigation Department and was the firm’s principle trial lawyer for years, trying numerous cases each year. Also, as the head of the firm’s personal injury division, Dan supervised and mentored between 15 and 20 trial lawyers at a time as they prosecuted thousands of cases. Dan is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, as well as Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is an Associate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer College. He has been recognized by Texas Monthly as a “SuperLawyer.” Dan is listed in Best Lawyers in America and as National Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Founder Jessica Scutt, attorney at law, represents clients in Texas and beyond in a variety of legal matters. Ms. Scutt started her career in the Chicago Housing Authority legal department. Megone Trewick is an associate attorney with Bryan Fagan, PLLC, and focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Probate Law issues, and Family Law matters. While she currently represents clients in both Family Law and Estate Planning matters, she is focused on expanding her Estate Planning practice. Outside of the office, Megone enjoys spending time with her ridiculously handsome husband and three children. Faith is an important part of Megone’s life, and she prioritizes being active in her home church. She is also an avid singles tennis player, although a torn ACL has her contemplating spending more time playing doubles.
