About Theodore
Theodore ("Ted") Kuzniar, a 1967 graduate of St. Ignatius High School in Chicago, Illinois received his Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude from St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota in 1971. Mr. Kuzniar secured his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1974 and began his private practice with a large firm in the City of Chicago in that year. In 1978, he relocated to the Fox Valley/Kane County area to join Bill Bochte in establishing the current firm.
Mr. Kuzniar was selected by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve the legal profession as a member of the Board of Admissions to the Bar. He served as President of the Board from 2011 to 2013.
Mr. Kuzniar is a member of the Illinois State and Kane County Bar Associations where he has been a lecturer. He is licensed to practice in the Illinois State, Appellate, and Supreme Courts, as well as the United States Federal District Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, in 2001, he became licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
