Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I secured the custody of a young son for his caring father in spite of much fabricated evidence on the opposing side.

How did you build a successful practice?

My practice has come via client referrals. We work diligently to best represent our clientele and keep a constant line of communication with the client regarding our efforts.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for an attorney who understands the most difficult situations they are facing. It is my belief that the single, most important virtue for a client is empathy. To put yourself into the client's shoes. Many times the client is suffering from the disease of addiction and is abandoned by many of his family and friends. It is then that he needs assistance in getting through the maze of legal problems. An attorney who does not have a history of assisting the chemically dependent client will oftentimes rebuff such a person.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I will attempt to address and answer to the problem described in a free phone consultation including such things as penalties (in criminal matters), custody (in family matters) and damages (in civil matters.). I will also advise as to the costs of the legal services.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is the satisfaction of seeing a client who is happy with the results of our effort.
