Christopher Stanley is an attorney and the founder of the Law Office of Christopher S Stanley, PLLC. He practices Probate/Estate Planning and Civil Litigation matters in Southeast Texas. He is focused on providing quality legal services for an affordable price. Christopher was born and raised in Baytown, Texas. After graduating high school in 2002, he joined the Marines but was injured during training and medically retired. After his injuries healed, he went to work for a demolition company. During his nearly 5 years working for the demolition company, he traveled all over the country decommissioning various industrial and nuclear facilities. While he enjoyed this work, he knew it was not his life's calling. In 2007, Christopher decided to enroll in college and pursue a legal degree in order to help others in their time of need. He obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston Clear Lake in 2012 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in December 2015. During his second year in Law School, Christopher had the honor of clerking for Harris County Probate Court No. 2. During this time with the Court, he was able to experience the probate process from the Court's point of view. This gave him valuable insight as to the types of things the Court looks for and expects in various cases. During Law School Christopher also had the opportunity to work for a well-established mid-size law firm in Houston, Texas. This firm also hired Christopher as an attorney after graduating law school. During his nearly 5 years at the firm, Christopher obtained experience in a wide variety of cases including personal injury, probate, business disputes, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, bad faith insurance practices, and other various civil matters. While these cases were interesting, what Christopher really enjoyed was working directly with clients who needed his help. Now having started his own firm, Christopher will use the same dedication and desire to help others to aggressively represent his client's interests. Whether you need assistance with a personal injury, probate/estate planning, or other civil matter, call us now to ensure your interests are protected. Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys fishing and golfing (although he is not very good). He is an avid firearm enthusiast and enjoys going to the range for target practice.
