Attorney Deutch is engaged in the general practice of law, specializing in real estate, computers and commercial matters, with a special emphasis on litigation relating thereto. With an undergraduate degree majoring in Accounting (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1968), Attorney Deutch also has a strong background in finance and business. Combining his Accounting, Legal and Computer backgrounds, Mr. Deutch served as General Counsel/C.F.O for Innovative Software, Inc. from 1977 through 2000 (during that time Innovative grew from a local Milwaukee business to a multinational firm with offices/dealerships in 22 countries). Mr. Deutch also had served in a similar C.F.O capacity for Web Emporium, LLC, an e-commerce enabling firm primarily located in Phoenix , Arizona. Mr. Deutch has also been a 1/3 partner in Pulver Technologies, Inc which was sold to Amazon.com (see www.pulvertech.com). Mr. Deutch also advises and currently represents many Real Estate Brokers, Purchasers, Sellers, Developers and Builders as well as being Corporate Counsel for the Multiple Listing Services
