He has been admitted on a case-by-case basis to handle matters in California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, North Carolina and Wisconsin.

Mr. Dillon has argued before the Illinois Supreme Court, and has been recognized by peers for inclusion in both Leading Lawyers and Super Lawyers. He attended Carroll College and Northern Illinois University , where he obtained his B.A. in Public Law, attended graduate school, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree (1991). He was admitted to practice law in Illinois on November 7, 1991.
