Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
In the past couple of years, my office is proud to say that we have been able to assist multiple veterans who had been fighting for over a decade, to obtain the benefits that they earned, while defending our country.
How did you build a successful practice?
By always placing my client's best interests as my primary goal.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
All we need are the basic facts concerning your situation to hopefully at least get you headed in the right direction.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
The biggest complaint I hear from people is that they can never get their attorney on the phone. I try to speak to every client when they call. If I am unavailable I try my hardest to return all messages and emails the same day. We know people are in tough situations. In addition to getting them great results, we also want to help them as much as we can, every step of the way.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
I really enjoy representing the little guy who needs help versus the big guy. This can either bel helping with claims against billion dollar insurance companies, or the federal government.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoy playing basketball, snow skiing or simply spending time with my wife and two young children.
Are you involved in your community?
Yes, I have volunteered time to help a local non-profit organization with legal guidance. I have also volunteered for various local veteran organizations and veteran activities.
