The fee is paid at a percentage of the money you recover.

In certain circumstances, we may determine that your legal needs would be better served by referring your case to one of our co-counsel law firms. This would only be done after consultation with you. Of course, we would only refer your case if we are completely confident that such referral is absolutely in your best interest. The co-counsel referral would be done without you incurring any additional attorney fees or costs.
