Thomas D. Peckenpaugh is a founding Shareholder of Jackson DeMarco Tidus Peckenpaugh.
Mr. Peckenpaugh concentrates on negotiating and documenting real estate and business transactions including real estate acquisitions, construction and development contracts, real property sales, financing and leasing.
Mr. Peckenpaugh has taught numerous seminars and lectured for the California Continuing Education of the Bar, the University of California, Irvine, the Building Industry Association and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Lawyers on such subjects as acquiring real estate, ground leasing, the California Subdivision Map Act, forming a real estate development business and office building and commercial real estate leasing.
Mr. Peckenpaugh is past president of the Board of Trustees of South Coast Repertory Theatre, past president and Emeritus member of the Board of Trustees of the Orange County Discovery Science Center, past president and current member of the Advisory Board of the University Art Museum, California State College, Long Beach, and a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Orange County Museum of Art.
