With nearly 20 years of litigation experience, and over 50 verdicts after full trials, Tim Reynolds is an experienced trial lawyer. He prepares a case as if it is going to trial and relishes the courtroom experience but also understands that there are times when skilled negotiation and mediation can produce results more favorable to the client’s bottom line than what could reasonably be obtained at trial.

Mr. Reynolds, also a successful and experienced insurance executive, was the principal in a business fraud case in the Federal Court in Tennessee wherein Reynolds and his legal team obtained a settlement to his benefit at mediation for $11.5 million against an employer who tried to fraudulently cheat Reynolds’ closely held consulting group out of its stock interests.

For 10 years, Tim also provided business consulting services to select business and real estate development clients expertly drafting various agreements for such clients to their significant pecuniary benefit.
