About Tiffany
Tiffany W. Yee is a co-founder and partner at LDY Law, PC, with more than 10 years of landlord-tenant litigation experience. Her practice focuses primarily on residential landlord-tenant disputes in the San Francisco Bay Area, especially tenant buyout agreements, owner move-in matters, Ellis Act evictions, and San Francisco Rent Board proceedings.
She regularly handles rent increases, mediations, arbitrations, and related strategic counseling. She also represents landlords sued by tenants and serves as counsel in mediation when a dispute has already escalated.
