Tiffany Yee | San Francisco Real Estate Lawyer

Tiffany W. Yee is a Partner at Steven Adair MacDonald & Partners, P.C. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation primarily in residential landlord-tenant disputes in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically tenant buyout agreements, Owner Move-In and Ellis Act evictions. Tiffany believes in resolving cases through buyout or settlement and has successfully handled numerous negotiations as a cost-effective solution for her clients. She regularly handles matters arising before the San Francisco Rent Board and San Francisco Human Rights Commission. Tiffany also speaks conversational Cantonese and is able to communicate with and put Chinese-speaking clients at ease.

Tiffany earned her B.A. from San Francisco State University and her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the Northern Federal District Court of California.

Tiffany is an active member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, Solo & Small Firm Committee, and was a past Committee Co-Chair for three years. She was named to the Northern California “Rising Star” list published by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2018 – 2022, a peer nominated distinction reserved for only a small percentage of attorneys in Northern California.
