About Tim
Ftemkos (Tim) J. Yianne was born in Charleston, West Virginia in 1975. He resides in Charleston with his wife and daughter. He graduated with honors from West Virginia University in 1997 with a B.S. in accounting. He played soccer for West Virginia University and served as team captain his junior and senior years. He was also a Big East Academic All Star.
Mr. Yianne graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2000. While in law school, he was appointed to serve on the West Virginia University Student Judicial Board Court of Appeals.
He began his legal career as a law clerk in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Hungtinton, West Virginia.
Mr. Yianne's prior experience consists of representing corporations, individuals, and insurance companies in all areas of litigation. Mr. Yianne has tried multiple jury trials in the courts of West Virginia. He has also handled appeals before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United State Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Yianne joined the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC, in March 2009.
