About Timberly
She has built her law firm on the premise of expert case management for complex litigation, while bringing service to community and powerful focus on issues of civil rights and social justice. This theme for her practice awarded her the Top 50 Black Attorneys two years in a row.
Attorney Davis came to private practice after a distinguished career in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office as the Chief of the Criminal County Courts. In this leadership position, she directed other prosecutors in developing trial strategy, preparing and arguing motions, evaluating and negotiating final resolutions of criminal cases. This unique experience has armed her with an arsenal of aggressive strategies in representing her clients.
Prior to founding the T.J. Davis Law Firm, she was an Associate Attorney for The Craig Washington Law Firm.
