About Timo
Timo is born Hamburger. As such, he has always been drawn to the world - Timo therefore already lived in such exotic locations as Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, New York, Beijing and Shanghai.
Timo studied law at the University of Konstanz and the Nova Southeastern University. His love for Miami was discovered by Timo during a traineeship in the international department of a large law firm. In Germany, Timo worked for eight years in lawyer tax consultancy and auditing firms. Most recently, he worked as commercial director and head of the legal department in a well-known German automotive company with more than 1,500 employees.
In our team Timo is responsible for international tax law, company foundations, articles of association, employment contracts and other commercial contracts. Timo also participates in real estate transactions and investor visas of German-speaking clients.
Timo is admitted as a lawyer in Germany and in the USA. Once Timo gets away from his desk, he enjoys hiking or skiing with his kids in the Rocky Mountains. Sometimes Timo drives out to sea with his colleague Christopher to fish for sharks, you have never caught one - but there is always a good story to tell.

Working on a Joint Venture of a German and a US company in the medical appliances sector. Working on a Joint Venture of German, Israeli and UK companies in the gaming software sector.
How did you build a successful practice?
Through being admitted both in Germany and in the US, and through extensive networking with German and US entrepreneurs and attorneys, as well as hosting seminars on US law in Germany.

Special skill set that stems from being qualified in German and US law, working in international business and corporate law and as tax lawyer for over 10 years.

Are you involved in your community?
I am on the Board of Directors of the German American Business Chamber (GABC) in Miami and I am a volunteer with the Miami Rescue Mission for the homeless.
