I took over a case after 6 law firms dropped the ball on the case. They had gotten an insulting offer to resolve a case where the client was catastrophically injured. The offer would not have covered his first night in the hospital. let alone the more than $10,000,000.00 in future medical care he would need during the course of his life. The Defendant had substantial insurance policy limits but no where near enough to cover his damages. To avoid going to trial with me, the defendant's insurance carrier paid many multiples of the insurance policy limits. The terms of the settlement and the identity of the parties is confidential. But, I am happy in knowing that we secured him an amount to cover all of his past and future medical treatment, along with every other need he will ever have during the course of his life.

Brutal Honesty. Someone who isn't going to tell them what they want to hear just to get them to sign a contract. We don't do that, never have and never will. Too many lawyers over-promise and under-perform; especially during the initial consultation with a lawyer.

It is imperative that we know the insurance adjuster or defense attorney on the other side of the case. Even more so that we know the inner workings of the courthouse and the uniqueness of each Judge.

We always discuss the incident that caused injury in detail with the person during our initial consultation. WE will provide an honest assessment of the case and give recommendations on what the person should do next regardless of whether they become a client.

Attention to detail. I have "Until We Never Get It Wrong" tattooed on my right forearm, opposite the original text of the 7th Amendment to the US Constitution. We prepare every case for trial and strive for perfection. We will also take cases to trial whereas most injury lawyers will not/do not try cases.

My favorite days are those when we have secured full justice for a client and i know they will be taken care of for the rest of their life. Nothing makes me happier knowing that a client was able to purchase a home outright and have enough money for medical care and living expenses for the rest of their lives. i have been fortunate to have many of those happy days during my career.

I was an avid Ice Hockey player until neck surgery. I still watch Ice Hockey all the time and go to many games each year. When I'm not working, I'm typically spending time with my wife and kids watching Netflix or trying our hand at being Master Chefs in the kitchen after watching Gordon Ramsay.
