About Timothy
Timothy J. Harrington earned his undergraduate degree in 1984 from Wayne State University and his law degree from the University of Detroit Law School in 1990, where he served as an associate editor of the University of Detroit Law Review and a member of the editorial board of the Michigan Business Law Journal.
Mr. Harrington's areas of practice are: 1) Commercial transactions including all manner of purchase and sale agreements, commercial lending transactions and other secured transactions; 2) Commercial litigation including all manner of contract disputes and business torts; 3) Commercial loan documentation; 4) Personal injury matters, including auto negligence, premises liability, construction site/contractor liability, product liability, and medical and other professional malpractice; 5) Property damage claims; 6) Subrogation and indemnity claims; and 7) Insurance disputes.
Mr. Harrington is admitted to practice in Michigan and Texas, and in all federal courts in those jurisdictions.
