Timothy Wayne Weber, Attorney

Timothy W. Weber is a shareholder of the firm and practices in the areas of appellate law, civil and commercial litigation, business litigation, employment and labor, civil rights and education, criminal, and family. He represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appeal levels. He is board certified in appellate law and has extensive experience handling appeals of all types before state and federal courts.

Mr. Weber is a "double gator," having obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and then a law degree from the University of Florida, College of Law, with Honors. While attending UF, he became a member of Florida Blue Key, the university's prestigious leadership honorary, and served the university community as Vice-Chancellor of the Student Honor Court and President of his College Council, among other things. Mr. Weber majored in Food and Resource Economics, with a minor in business administration.
