About Titania

Titania N. Rodolph was born in Buffalo, New York, and has been a resident of South Florida since 1983. Ms. Rodolph earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, from Florida International University in 2002. While attending Florida International, Ms. Rodolph was awarded the Political Science Book Award (Spring 2001) for her achievements in academics, and was also a Florida Bright Futures Merit Scholar, a BRACE Golden Opportunity Scholar and was on the Dean's List (Spring 2000). Ms. Rodolph was actively involved in community service, and in 2001 was the 5th Runner-Up Miss FIU Pan-African in honor of Black History. Upon graduating from FIU, Ms. Rodolph worked as a Legal Office Assistant with the Firm for one year.

In 2006, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Ms. Rodolph was awarded a Public Interest Law Summer Fellowship with Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc., where she assisted attorneys on special projects that provided legal services to the low-income community of Broward County, including ex-offenders. Because Ms. Rodolph devoted much time to Legal Aid, she was part of Nova's Pro Bono Honor Program and graduated with more than 70 hours of pro bono service work. Shortly after law school, Ms. Rodolph returned to the Firm as an associate attorney.

At the Law Offices of Steven M. Ziegler, P.A., Ms. Rodolph represents numerous health plans in health benefit cases, particularly in the area of claims disputes brought by providers. She also represents managed care clients in disputes involving direct negligence allegations based on the administration of managed care benefits, utilization management decisions, network provider credentialing, quality assurance, and medical malpractice, as well as represents managed care clients in vicarious liability claims based on theories of agency, apparent agency, respondent superior, joint venture and non-delegable duty for the alleged actions of contracted network health care providers.

Ms. Rodolph is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the Broward County Bar Association. She is actively involved in her church and enjoys singing.
