Mr. Jesky spent 20-years as a business consultant whose responsibilities included designing capital structures, negotiating contracts/business opportunities, assisting companies in going public, completing due diligence for a wide variety of businesses. He was involved in mergers and acquisitions with approximately 100 companies. For the past few years, his law practice, includes, but not limited to: business, corporate, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, medical malpractice lawsuits. He is fluent in the Spanish language.
QUESTIONNAIRE
Our law firm has made some big differences with clients who have been injured. In many cases, there is only one remedy available to an injured person. . . . money ($$$$). We recently represented someone who called 911 for help. After the paramedics arrived, the client ended-up in worse condition than beforehand. We were able to demonstrate the failure to follow the established protocols was considered wanton and willful behavior, which helped us obtain a satisfactory remedy for our client.
How did you build a successful practice?Part of our success is responding to phone calls, as soon as a client calls. We pride ourselves on being assessable and loyal to our clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Clients should look for an attorney who is easy to reach, who is responsive and easy to contact by phone.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?It is important for a lawyer to understand the Local, State and Federal laws in order to best help their Client.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?First, we need to find out what happened to the client, in order to determine why they may need a lawyer to untangle their legal problem. We can determine if the case falls within our area of expertise. If we are unable to help them, we provide help and information on where they find help.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?We need to know the incident details. Generally, a free consultation (sometimes called "in-take") can last 10 – 30 minutes, to best understand what happened, and to determine if we are the law firm that can help the client.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We pride ourselves on our response time and being assessable to the client.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Improving the financial well-being of our clients. We believe that there is no need to engage a lawyer, unless that lawyer can help the client.
What are your other interests in addition to law?Our job is our hobby.
