About Todd
Todd Nectoux's practice focuses on the prevention and resolution of disputes arising out of commercial construction projects. Mr. Nectoux has represented clients in the prevention and/or resolution of breach of contract claims, delay and labor impact claims, payment and performance bond claims, construction defect claims, payment dispute claims and mechanic's lien foreclosures. He also has handled insurance defense litigation and commercial litigation. He is a member of and involved with the Construction Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, the Construction Law Section of the Texas Bar Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), and has also been a featured speaker at seminars on Texas construction law. Todd graduated from Baylor School of Law in May 2001. From 2001 to 2004, he primarily defended businesses in insurance defense litigation. He joined Thomas, Feldman & Wilshusen, LLP in February 2004.
